Where can I find flexible and qualified production staff available 24/7?

About us

Our clients appreciate our responsiveness, individual approach and the quality of the people we provide. We have the right employees for your production and packaging, we fulfill your logistic functions and we find ourselves in agriculture, metal and food industries. We will quickly find the right people for you through our own recruitment offices in Poland. We also provide accommodation, transportation and supervision for your new employees. For Polish workers, go to Laudam.

Do you need temporary workers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Whether it's for one or ten employees and for 4 hours or 40 hours a week, we'll arrange it for you! You have (seasonal) peaks to deal with and want to flexibly scale, we flexibly switch back and forth as fast as you like. We can also guarantee the right people for the often slightly more difficult shift work and night and weekend work. The Laudam team is at your disposal every day of the year!

We will gladly help you

Since its inception in 2000, Laudam has revolved around the human dimension. We invest in our people and in the relationship with you, so it is appropriate to assign you a permanent account manager who will work with you and ensure that our personnel services continue to meet your wishes. It goes without saying that everything we do complies with applicable laws and regulations. We have the required quality marks and certifications mentioned below, but above all we have the right people on all fronts. Laudam guarantees a perfect fit.

The story, what started small grew to...

In the late 1990s, the enterprising Laudański family experienced a lack of adequate staff while working in the Netherlands. While unemployment in Poland is high, Dutch entrepreneurs are struggling to find motivated employees. Living in Roosendaal gave birth to the idea of starting a company that can help friends and acquaintances from Poland find work in the Netherlands.

Poland is not yet a member of the European Union, so there is no free movement of work in the Netherlands. However, residents of the south-western region of Poland (Silesia) hold both Polish and German passports, which means they can work in the Netherlands without a work permit.

One year later, in July 2008, after a successful audit, we can also wear the VCU quality mark. With this certificate, we confirm that our occupational health and safety management system is in order. In the same year, we launch Pools Hoogte, our newsletter, with which we inform our stories several times a year about things worth knowing and developing at Laudam.

Since 2004, Piotr - a burly guy who knows how to get things done - has been added to the logo as a recognizable logo.

May 1, 2007 is a memorable day, the Netherlands is lifting restrictions on Polish workers, and Polish workers are welcome in the Dutch labor market. For Laudam, the opening of borders means a greater supply of specialized and professional personnel.

Another major achievement in 2007 was the NEN-4400-1 certification. This NEN standard defines the requirements for temporary employment agencies in the field of personnel administration and the payment of taxes and social security contributions. And just like any NEN-certified company, Laudam is also registered in the public register „Stichting Normering Arbeid”.

With the move to Bergen op Zoom in April 2010, our logo will also get a new look. Laudam turns orange and Peter gets Anna as a friend. The trip to Bergen op Zoom lasts 7 years and in May 2017 we will return to Roosendaal to move to a beautiful prestigious location on Rijksweg A17 in the Borchwerf I business park.

As said, this is a bird's eye view of history, so the anthology is far from complete. We moved regularly, celebrated parties and numerous (work) anniversaries, attended trade fairs and sponsored charity events. What has never changed over the years is customer and people focus, and we continue to consistently invest in knowledge and training and in our relationship with our customers!

Vision and mission

People - both on the client's and employee's side - are crucial for Laudam. Our mission is to flexibly and quickly relieve clients of planning and staffing by providing people with the right qualifications and attitude.

It starts with the right selection of candidates, clear work instructions and transfer of knowledge so that you can be sure that the people employed at Laudam will get the job done you expect. After all, it's about mutual respect, it's about people. We attach great importance to the fact that our people willingly come to work. We do everything we can, because a happy employee is a motivated employee, which is reflected in the workplace.

We are available 24/7

Some of our clients work continuously. Because, especially there, staff scheduling is not limited to working hours, we are available 24 hours a day for our customers and our employees. We are at your disposal whenever you want. Each Laudam customer is assigned their own account manager, so you always have a permanent point of contact. Two permanent points of contact, because each account manager has permanent facilities.

OUR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES

Through over 17 years of diligence, we have managed to build a large base of motivated temporary workers. Most of these people have been working for us for a long time, so we know their skills and experience very well. Our employees are here for you. In the Netherlands, hard work is well rewarded by international standards, so you will experience the gratitude of all Laudam employees to work here. Language barriers are practically negligible as many of these people speak English and/or German in addition to their mother tongue, and some of them who have been working here for a long time even speak Dutch. Below is an overview of some temporary workers employed by our clients.

Quality marks and certificates are an additional guarantee of quality

Building close relationships with our clients is key to us, and in addition to fulfilling contracts individually, everything we do is fully compliant with applicable Dutch laws and regulations. This means that we comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreements, the Minimum Wage Act and the Foreigners' Employment Act. Every three months you will receive a certificate of good payment behavior from the Revenue as proof that Laudam is paying all mandatory National Insurance contributions and taxes in accordance with the regulations. You can also use our G account. We have the following quality marks and certificates.

NEN-4400-1

Laudam has been complying with the NEN-4400-1 standard since 2007. This standard - developed by the temporary employment sector, together with companies and trade unions - ensures that taxes and social security contributions are paid on time and workers have the right to work in the Netherlands.

VCU

VCU stands for Safety and Health Checklist for Temporary Employment Agencies and focuses on safety and health to which the management system is linked. VCU certification is intended for companies that send personnel to VCA-certified companies. These companies often perform high-risk activities in a high-risk environment. With the VCU certification, Laudam can demonstrate that the VG management system is in order.

NBBU

Since 2015, Laudam has been a member of the NBBU, the Dutch Association of Employment and Temporary Employment Agencies. Temporary employment agencies that are associated with this sectoral organization of professional intermediaries on the labor market meet the highest quality requirements in terms of administration and organization.
