Laudam is service-oriented temporary employment agency which supports customers in various industries by rapidly and adequately satisfying demand for flexibly deployable workers.
We make sure that you always run at full capacity, even when your operational plan fluctuates from one day to the next. We do not require you to agree to purchase a minimum number of agency worker hours or sign restrictive contracts. We offer maximum flexibility when it comes to scaling the number of employees up and down, fully in line with changing customer needs and the amount of work that needs to be done.
You can come to us for anything ranging from just part of one day to 24 x 7 shifts during a period of several months. We have people immediately available for the business sectors which we traditionally serve. In addition, when requested to do so by customers, we also initiate searches for specialised professionals who are scarce in the Netherlands, such as certified welders. Due to our Polish roots, the market sees us as a Polish temporary employment agency, which is a compliment of course. However, our eye for spotting talent across any border means that we work with multiple nationalities.
